Is it solid gold?

Gold filled is not solid gold. There's a thick layer of real, solid 14k gold on the outside of a brass core.

 

Am I able to shower in my beads?

Gold-filled beads aren’t known to turn or tarnish. You can shower and swim in all of your gold-filled beaded jewelry. 

 

Care Instructions:  To avoid scratching and smashing your beads, or popping your wire, it is best to take them off before showers or any sport-like activities. 

It is recommended that you wipe all of your pieces after they have been wet to preserve their shine. Use jewelry cloth often.

 

How long is the usual production time?

All beaded jewelry is hand-crafted and can take up to 10-14 days to be completed and shipped. I strive to complete & mail your orders within 1 week.  Timing depends on specific materials in stock and the number of current orders. Personalized (nameplate or picture) jewelry can take between 3-4 weeks to be completed and shipped.

How do I measure my wrist or ankle?

You can use flexible measuring tape to measure around your wrist or ankle (measure exactly where you want your bracelet/bangle to fit). The longer end of the tape should meet back at #1.  It is recommended to go up 1/2 a size from a tight measurement for bangles. If you choose the incorrect size, there may be a fee to repair. Please do not guess or assume your size.
